Visa and Residence Permit
The Government of Georgia has determined the list of countries whose citizens can enter Georgia without a visa and stay on its territory within a year:
Albania, Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Barbados, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei, Vanuatu, United Kingdom, Overseas Territories of Great Britain, Hungary, Vatican City, Guatemala, Germany, Grenada, Greece, Honduras, Denmark, Territories of the Kingdom of Denmark, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Israel, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Iran, Jordan, Canada, Cyprus, Colombia, Costa Rica, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Latvia, Lithuania, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Mauritius, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Moldova, Montenegro, New Zealand, the Netherlands, the Netherlands, Norway, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Panama, Palau, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Serbia, Singapore, Suriname, Slovakia, Slovenia, USA, Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Thailand, Tajikistan, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Finland, Fiji, France, French territory, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, El Salvador, Ecuador, Estonia, South Korea, South Africa, Japan.
Also, a foreign citizen can get the right to visa-free entry and stay in the country in a special case, upon the decision of the government.
Foreign citizens of countries not mentioned above can enter the country and follow transit through its territory only if there are entry visas to Georgia.
